These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Jeet Baaz ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") when you access or use any part of the website located at jeetbaaz.bio, including all subpages, services, games, sports betting markets, and payment functions.

Jeet Baaz is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. Every product on the platform — from live cricket betting and football wagering to card games, Aviator, crash games, poker and fishing games — is governed by these Terms. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Jeet Baaz. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically, as it may be updated from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to Jeet Baaz is subject to the following eligibility conditions, which must all be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Jeet Baaz does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register an account, make deposits, or participate in any real-money games or betting markets. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time you use the platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law is your own responsibility.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Jeet Baaz or have previously been permanently suspended from the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Pakistani law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Jeet Baaz or its technology partners.

Jeet Baaz reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Where verification fails or cannot be completed, the account may be restricted or closed and any remaining balance returned subject to the provisions in Section 12.

To access real-money features on Jeet Baaz, you must register an account. Registration is free. The following rules apply to all Jeet Baaz accounts:

• One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Jeet Baaz. Multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts involved may be suspended and bonuses forfeited.
• Accurate information required. You must provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jeet Baaz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your password with anyone. Jeet Baaz is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have not kept your credentials secure.
• KYC verification. Identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) is required before withdrawals above certain thresholds can be processed. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method, or other supporting documents. Jeet Baaz reserves the right to request KYC at any time.
• Non-transferable. Accounts, balances, bonuses, and winnings are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

All financial transactions on Jeet Baaz are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion and no foreign transaction fees. The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your Jeet Baaz wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of network delay, the credit may take up to 30 minutes. Contact support if a deposit is not reflected after 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Jeet Baaz may request that you use the same method as your deposit for anti-money-laundering compliance.
• Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal amounts capped until verification is complete.
• Jeet Baaz does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees — check with them directly.
• Deposits made by third parties — including funds from unverified sources — will be rejected and returned where possible. Jeet Baaz may suspend accounts found to be receiving third-party deposits.
• Jeet Baaz reserves the right to set maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed in your account settings.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on Jeet Baaz, including cricket, football, and any other sports covered by the platform:

• Bet acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by Jeet Baaz. A bet is confirmed only once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your wallet. A bet slip that has not been confirmed is not a valid bet.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. The minimum bet is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type. These are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds. Odds are displayed in decimal format (e.g., 2.50 means a Rs 100 stake returns Rs 250 total, including stake). Odds are correct at the time of bet acceptance. In-play odds update continuously and the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance are the odds used for settlement.
• In-play betting. In-play markets may suspend at any time — typically during goals, wickets, red cards and VAR reviews. Jeet Baaz is not liable for bets that cannot be placed during suspension periods. Bets placed immediately before a key event and accepted prior to the suspension will stand at the accepted odds.
• Void bets. A bet is voided if the relevant match or event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, or declared void per official competition rules. Voided bets are removed from accumulators, which recalculate at the revised combined odds. Void stakes are returned to your wallet.
• Settlement. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant competition authority. Jeet Baaz reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is disputed or under official review.
• Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds (a price clearly and materially wrong due to a technical or human error), Jeet Baaz reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bets have already been settled.
• Prohibited betting patterns. Systematically exploiting arbitrage, bonus abuse through structured betting patterns, or collusion between accounts are all prohibited. Jeet Baaz monitors betting patterns and may void winnings and suspend accounts where these practices are identified.

Jeet Baaz offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per mobile number, per CNIC, per device, and per household address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times under different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. A wagering requirement of 10x means the bonus amount must be turned over ten times in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets on markets with odds below 1.50 may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Jeet Baaz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active bonuses in progress at the time of a modification are subject to the terms under which the bonus was originally credited.
• Cash backs, reload bonuses, and free bet credits are non-withdrawable — only winnings generated from them are eligible for withdrawal after wagering requirements are met.

Jeet Baaz offers a range of real-money games including card games, poker, fishing games, crash games, and Aviator. The following rules apply:

• Provably fair games. Crash games and Aviator on Jeet Baaz use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The outcome seed for each round is committed in advance and can be verified by players after the round completes. Instructions for verification are available in the game interface.
• Random number generation. All other games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Outcomes are determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by any player action, pattern of play, or betting volume.
• Game interruptions. If a game is interrupted due to a technical failure — a disconnection, server error, or browser crash — the game round will be resolved according to the last confirmed game state recorded on the Jeet Baaz server. We cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your local internet connection failing.
• Prohibited strategies. The use of automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with games is strictly prohibited. Accounts found using such tools will be permanently banned and winnings voided.
• Collusion. Any form of collusion between players — including but not limited to chip dumping in poker — is prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Jeet Baaz takes responsible gaming seriously. We invest in tools and processes that help players stay in control. The following tools are available to all registered players in account settings:

• Deposit limits. Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when increased, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when decreased.
• Loss limits. Set a maximum amount you can lose over a defined period. Once reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets.
• Session time limits. Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, you will receive a notification and may be automatically logged out depending on your preference.
• Reality checks. Periodic on-screen prompts showing your net win/loss for the session and the time you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion. Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended, deposits are blocked, and marketing communications are stopped. To lift a temporary exclusion, a mandatory cooling-off period applies.
• Account closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled and any remaining wallet balance returned via your registered payment method.

By using Jeet Baaz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. In summary:

• We collect registration data (name, mobile number), payment transaction data, and gameplay/betting activity logs for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable regulations.
• Your personal data is not sold to third-party advertisers. It may be shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banks) to the extent necessary to complete transactions.
• All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. Access to account data is restricted to authorised Jeet Baaz personnel on a need-to-know basis.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written permission.
• The Jeet Baaz name, logo, and associated brand assets are trademarks. Unauthorised use in any commercial context is prohibited.
• Odds data, live score feeds, and game content sourced from third-party providers is subject to those providers' own licensing terms and may not be extracted or republished.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Jeet Baaz provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the platform will always be available during high-traffic periods such as major cricket or football events.
• Jeet Baaz is not liable for losses arising from: technical failures outside our control; internet connectivity issues on the player's side; delayed settlement due to official result disputes; or losses resulting from bets placed based on publicly available odds that subsequently contained a manifest error.
• Our total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Jeet Baaz reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any account at any time if:

• You breach any of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, account rules, or prohibited betting patterns.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• You provide false information during registration or KYC verification.
• You attempt to exploit a technical error, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• You are or become ineligible to use the platform (e.g., under 18, self-excluded).

Where an account is closed for a breach, any remaining wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed after investigation, the balance will be returned via the registered payment method. If you voluntarily request account closure, your balance will be returned in full after pending bets are settled.

Jeet Baaz may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections that do not affect player rights, changes may take effect immediately on publication.

The version of the Terms that was in force at the time you placed a bet governs the settlement of that bet. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
