This Privacy Policy describes how Jeet Baaz ("we", "us", "our") collects, processes, stores and protects personal data belonging to players ("you", "User") who access the platform at jeetbaaz.bio. It applies to all services offered on the platform — including sports betting on cricket and football, card games, Aviator, crash games, poker, fishing games, and all associated account and payment functionality.

Jeet Baaz was built specifically for Pakistani players. That focus shapes our approach to privacy too. We collect only what is genuinely necessary to operate your account, process PKR deposits and withdrawals, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and provide 24/7 support. We don't collect data for advertising pipelines, we don't sell your information to third parties, and we don't use your gaming history to target you with marketing from other organisations.

• Registration forms. When you create a Jeet Baaz account, you provide your name, mobile number, date of birth and create a password. This data is stored securely from the moment the account is created.
• KYC verification. When you submit identity documents (e.g., CNIC photo) to verify your account ahead of withdrawals, those documents and the information extracted from them are retained for compliance purposes.
• Payment transactions. Each time you deposit or withdraw via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card, transaction metadata is recorded on Jeet Baaz servers. Full card numbers are never stored by us — those are handled entirely by the payment gateway.
• Platform usage. Automated logging records your IP address, device details, pages visited, bets placed, games launched, and session times whenever you are logged into the platform.

• When you deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash, the mobile wallet transaction is processed through the provider's API. Jeet Baaz receives a confirmation token and the transaction amount. Your full mobile wallet credentials are never transmitted to or stored on Jeet Baaz servers.
• When you use a Visa or Mastercard, the card number is entered on the payment gateway's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant page — not on a Jeet Baaz page. We receive only a masked card reference (e.g., last four digits) and the transaction result.
• IBFT bank transfers reference your account details for the specific transfer only. We do not store your full bank account number beyond what is necessary for withdrawal reconciliation, and this information is stored in encrypted form.
• All PKR transaction history — deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, bet stakes and winnings — is visible in your Jeet Baaz account transaction log. You can review your complete financial history at any time while logged in.

• KYC documents. Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five years following account closure in compliance with standard AML record-keeping requirements.
• Transaction records. PKR financial transaction logs are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction for financial compliance purposes.
• Support communications. Chat and email support records are retained for 24 months and then deleted, unless they relate to an unresolved dispute or legal matter in which case they are retained until resolution.
• Technical logs. Server-side IP and device logs are retained for 12 months for fraud detection purposes and then deleted.
• Deleted accounts. If you request account deletion and there are no pending regulatory obligations, personal data not required by law is deleted within 30 days of the confirmed closure date.

Jeet Baaz strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Our registration process includes an age confirmation step and KYC verification is used to confirm age where discrepancies arise.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, we will immediately close the associated account, void any bets placed and return any balance to the payment method used for deposits, and permanently delete the personal data collected. Parents and guardians in Pakistan who are concerned about underage access to online gaming should use parental control tools available on Android and internet router settings to restrict access to gaming sites. Jeet Baaz supports all reasonable efforts to keep the platform away from minors.

Minor updates (such as clarifying the wording of an existing section without changing its substance) may take effect immediately upon publication.
